Are the flats fully furnished?

Yes, all of our flats, including the Family Loft, Studio, Shared Living spaces, and The House, are fully furnished and move-in ready. You won’t need to worry about purchasing furniture, as everything is provided for your comfort.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?

Additional fees, such as a security deposit, cleaning fee, or administrative costs, may apply. We will provide a full breakdown of all costs during the booking process to ensure transparency.

Do I need a German bank account to rent a flat?

While having a German bank account is not always required, it can simplify payments and lease procedures. Our team can provide guidance on the best way to set up payment if you are new to Germany.
