Once you’ve found a place you love, just send us a request to reserve it for you. To prepare your rental agreement, we typically ask for the following documents:

A copy of your ID or passport
Proof of income or university enrolment (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung)
A completed self-disclosure form (Selbstauskunft)
A visa (if applicable)

Contract Signing

Once we’ve reviewed your request and documents, you’ll receive your rental agreement digitally.

After signing, you’ll typically be asked to pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit—no hidden fees, no agency costs.

Move-In Ready

Your new home is ready for you. Every MHOMES unit comes fully equipped—from designer furniture and kitchen appliances to bedding and décor. Just bring your suitcase!
We’ll also conduct a brief handover with you to ensure everything is in order when you move in.
